A schizophrenic, Nathaniel Ayers (Jamie Foxx), is a homeless musician from Skid Row, Los Angeles who dreams of playing at Walt Disney Concert Hall. Through "chance", he meets a journalist, Steve Lopez (Robert Downey Jr.), who tries to help this mentally disturbed man get "back in his feet" and make his dreams come true. Based on a book by Lopez, an accouunt of his relationship with Ayers. Dr. Oliver Sacks, a famed neurologist, authenticates the Lopez account in his most recent book, "Musicophilia".

Steve Lopez hasn't had a good story in a while and the newspaper where he works is laying off journalist due to falling ratings. He had been looking for a story in all the wrong places; when he happened upon a homeless violinist, Nathaniel Ayers, playing beautifully with only 2 strings. Ayers was a former Julliard student who begin to trust Lopez, and a friendship grows, but not necessarily to the benefit of either. While Lopez intention is to help Ayers; he isn't sure that he has in the end.

Damn! How can I lost my wallet. The last i meet with my soulmate--'BROWN WALLET', when i keep it in my BLACK BAG before going to my office. And as long as in my office i never take outside my BROWN WALLET from my bag. Because i always prepare some money in my bag pants. Yeah just for buying some meal for my lunch. And i aware my wallet is lost... A MINUTE before i went to My Piano Teacher's Apartment. SHIT!

Open Office 3.0.0 Versus Microsoft Office 2007

2 days before i uninstalled my Microsoft Office from my silver laptop, because one reason. There were plowing Microsoft Office that i used. I find this case when i wanted to up date my theme of Microsoft Office Power Point 2007 from the Microsoft Official Site. But so pity i am. When i will to reinstall Microsoft Office 2007 using the original ones, The disk is broken! F**king Shit! How can i finished my task without no Microsoft Office on my gadget.

So after i consult with my friend that expert in Computer, i decide to using Open Office. But so pity i am for the twice, The Open Office Official Site could not be opened. May be any trouble with my internet provider.

But after 1 days, finally i could open the Open Office Site to download Open Office Beta 3.0.0 there. Here the site http://openoffice.org. I recommended using Open Office 3.0.0 than non-Licensed Microsoft Office.

Fueh! So really tired now. Today was full off any kind of activity. Plenty Hard Day! In the morning should entry data a lot, make neat the inventory and keep it all documents in the boxes. Lot of boxes! [because my institution will be reorganization, and my unit will be removed]. And the last must be ready to stand by for serving anyone who ask me about database, always. Especially for Tax Base. But its ok. I love it all so far... No Prob as long as no one anoyed me to finished it all. Just do anything in the right track, no border and no anoy. FINISHED!

And now, i will go to the piano teacher's apartment [forget the name, LOL] with my friend for disscusing something related with my piano course. Hm, plenty hard day!

Breaking Fasting With Sushi

This afternoon, i was breaking my fasting with my bestfriend at Sushi Tei, Japan restaurant at Senayan City. Over all i like the place. Great as like Plaza Senayan. Although Plaza Senayan is a bit sophisticated [ever said before in the older posting]. Yeah! Always... hi hi hi...

We booked first, before eating there. Yeah, more people want to get breaking fasting there. Must be line. So waiting is so bored. But for us isn't! We get night pray [Magrib] first.

Anything ready. Unexpect that i like very much Sushi. How can i get more plate of sushi? More that 10 plates may be. Hm, Yummy... I like very much Unagi... [forget what the name is that?], Salmon Salad, Occha Ice Cream, and the other [forget the name of it all]. I like very much. It's give me new atmosphere of my breaking fasting. Sushi, I like very much.

As like the tittle, this posting is not far away from the unsatisfied at the work place. Not unsatisfied, may be it's just disappointed with the condition that happen in my work place. Yeah! How can't? Here the story.

Since my office tried to implemented the concept of Balance Scorecard several month ago, one point of the concept is how important the human resource in an organizaation. The organization must be done something to keep stable [wish to be increase] the employer motivation to work. And the way to realize this though is by given award for an employer that have great performance in a period. The award is called 'officer of the month'.

And what the response with this implementation? Lot employers just give the apathetic response. No care about this idea, and the effect is no progress in performance. Everything just flow as like before. How pity is it! How can it's happen? Good idea, good concept to implemented, but nothing, no worked, no change! It can be analyzable.

May be, if can i give one reason how this phenomenon [wow! ha ha ha...] happen is; because no correlation between performance and the incentive its self. No appreciate for the employer that give the best performance for the organization. So don't blame the idea, the award, the concept, the employers. Because something wrong here is the system it's self. [Just the opinion]

Since Ramadhan is a special time, Muslims in many parts of the world prepare certain favorite foods during this month. Many people get the line to buy more meals, new clothes, new goods, new everything at the market. Mall is fulled by people at several days before fasting. Their alibi always said to face the fasting month must be prefer anything. Damn! It's not prefer, You are GREEDY!

It is fasting month, not for feasting. Did you know what is the fasting? Simply, Fasting is primarily the act of willingly abstaining from some or all food, drink, or both, for a period of time. [Wiki]

The point of fasting it's self is to, draw ourselves closer to God; increase our sensitivity towards surroundings; etc. It's so simple. No need to line in the market to buy lot of things, because Fasting Is Not For Feasting. Be normally...

Almost in Front of my Gadget

All day just siting in front of the one gadget that i have in office, My computer. I like browsing very much. But no to much, days without joke like soup without salt. hi hi hi.... :)

Yups! Almost whole day my act just only in front of my gadget, Computer. No more i did there. Just sitting, writing, checking data base, entry data, browsing, sometime chatting with my old friends, reading, and it's almost do whole of the day. How can i didn't bored. Huh! But It's Ok! I get more insight today. One of them was i get more tips to increase my language skill especially my English skill. Do you know how much the number of tips? Surprise me, 70 ways!

Work In Silent

Just several employees in the room. Silent of course. No laugh together for several days a head [actually i don't like crowded places. So one side i like this athmosfhere. hi hi hi]. For 5 days they get the assignment letter.

May be just 5 people in the room, 5 from 30 employees. Whuaaah, how can i didn't feel silent. No greeting in the morning, no joke in the afternoon, no lines when we will go home to get 'pinger print'. No laugh, no joke, no line, no anything. Almost silent in 3 days before. May be it's all will be happen in 2 days ahead. Yeah! They get assignment letter for 5 days until 10 Sept. To assess and to see the auditant [object of audit] progress in doing the recommendations that ever auditor given. I will miss you all my friends. Hi hi hi... :)

But the other side, may be this environment will be missed too when they come back and situations as like before. Crowded is not my work environment wished. Work in silent make me concentrate for doing anything. No disturbance.

Finally I Can Have Some Meal Before I Start Fasting

Aha! It's the 7th day in fasting month. 3 days before, it was hard for me to have some meal before i start fasting. How can i wake up earlier in the morning as like 3 am. Almost Impossible for me. He he he...

Although i had set Alarm to wake me up, but it didn't work for me. But today, finally i can wake up earlier with any kind of help from several friends to wake me up. Almost my friends give me SMS, make a call continually until i wake up properly. Thank for you all.

At last i didn't wake up late for the early meal before fasting on the 7th day.

Today is Saturday. No rule for going to work. But because something to do there, to inventory any kind of goods so today i go to the work place.

I came late, because its no 'pinger print' that will punish if u come late to work. Aha! Its like colonialism hah!? Ha ha ha... But let's it make me funny... Lol! :)

I'm there at 10 am. Yeah its to morning i think to do something unpaid, free bro! ha ha ha... Huh, even i do in fasting month. Yeah! never mind, don't think about money only when you work. Think the other benefit like insight, experience may be, or what ever. Hi hi hi... So wise.

I wacth 21 movie last night, using my laptop. Yeah, adorable! I had expected before.

The main actor in this film is Jim Sturgess who play role to be Ben Campbell in this movie. Ben Campbell is a shy, brilliant M.I.T student who needing to pay school tuition finds the answers in the cards. He is recruited to join a group of the schools most gifted students that heads to Vegas every weekend armed with fake identities and the know-how to turn the odds at Blackjack in their favor. With unorthodox math professor and stats genius Micky Rosa (Kevin Spacey) leading the way, they've cracked the code.

No Sushi

Yeah! No as like my planing before (to eat Sushi before fasting), this evening we just eating Katsu fried rice in Tamani cafe, Watching Cinema 'Death Race' at Plaza Senayan, the most sophisticated Plaza at Jakarta i think. Ops! My friend said bro! And i think so. Hi hi hi...

We talk more about ourselves as long as we hang out (except when we get the Cinema, No talk!) Ha ha ha... 'Death Race' is Good movie i think because i didn't sleep at Cinema. The story make our adrenalin high. Use our strategic to live, or you will dead in vain. That is one message from this movie i think. Cool! Can be applicated in our live right? :)

After finished at all at Senayan, We were going to Jakarta theater just to cheat and get a glass of coffee. Aha! No just coffee, but also 3 glasses of Lemon Tea and a Plate of Meat Ball Pasta with Mushroom sauce. Yeah! How greedy we are! Ha ha ha... :P

We talked more, anything can be talked. Our Problem, Our experience, Including My Friend Spiritual Experience when he was at Mecca. Great!!!

Days Before Fasting

Saturday, Today is the last day (2 days/red) before face the Fasting month in my country. Hm, every one always want to spent their time with their family. But for me, for the first time i must spent my last days before fasting with my work partner in Makassar, the central of South Sulawesi; one Province in Indonesia. But it's Ok! I'm fine with this condition. Try something new in the different location and culture, include different menu. Aha! More seafood there. I like very much! And in the one night i get diner with Ministry of Law an Human Right, Mr. Andi Matalata In one restaurant in Makassar, "Istana Laut". Hm, Beautiful moment [although actually we are in the different group]. Hi Hi Hi....

And Now, Sunday, once day before fasting, I plan to get Sushi with my best friend. Aha! Lest see how can i eat the sushi! Much or just a bit? can do i? Wish... Bubye all,i will prefer first before hang out... Ha ha ha...
